User Data Deletion

Upon a valid request, we can delete or anonymize:

• Contact form and inquiry submissions (name, email, phone, message)
• Lead or CRM records associated with your inquiry
• Email correspondence related to your request, where feasible
• Other personal data we collected about you in connection with our services

Some information may be retained where required by law, for legitimate business purposes (e.g., completed invoices, dispute resolution), or in anonymized form that no longer identifies you.

• Subject line: User Data Deletion Request
• Your full name
• The email address and/or phone number you used when contacting us
• A brief description of the data you want deleted
• Any project or inquiry reference that may help us locate your records

To protect your privacy, we may ask you to verify your identity before processing a deletion request (for example, by confirming details from a prior inquiry). We will only use verification information for this purpose.

We aim to acknowledge your request within 7 business days and complete deletion within 30 days of verification, unless a longer period is required by law or technical constraints. We will notify you once the request has been fulfilled or if we need more information.

If you interacted with Nitai Technologies through a third-party platform (for example, social media, messaging apps, or advertising networks), you may also need to manage or delete data directly within that platform's settings. We can only delete data that we control.
